Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellations, as we reserve the right to process orders at our discretion. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@livevlonedievloneshop.com within the specified timeframe.
No Refunds After Shipping:
Once the product has been shipped or handed over to the courier, no refunds will be issued.
Order Modifications:
Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee modifications, as we reserve the right to proceed with order processing. To request changes, please contact us at support@livevlonedievloneshop.com within the 24-hour window.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- You did not receive your order.
- The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
For defective or damaged products, you may request a refund or replacement within 2 days of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued after this period.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@livevlonedievloneshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
